Dear Graduates, Congratulations! 🎓
It is our great pleasure to inform you that International Standard University (ISU) is going to
organize its 1st Convocation in a befitting manner (Will be announced shortly). All necessary
preparations are underway to make this a memorable and significant academic occasion.
As you have successfully earned your Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from International
Standard University, we sincerely hope that you will participate in this prestigious and colorful
momentous academic event and celebrate this remarkable milestone with your fellow
graduates, faculty members, and the wider University community.
General Rules

1.
Eligibility: Eligibility to participate in the 1st Convocation 2027 is based on the completion of degree requirements by Spring 2026.

Deadline: Complete registration and pay all applicable fees by 30 November 2026.

Registration: Eligible graduates must complete the Online Registration Form on the official portal: Click here

4.
Photograph: Upload a recent formal colour passport-size photograph (
.jpeg,.png, or.jpg). It will appear in the Convocation Souvenir. -
5.
Rehearsal: Attendance at the rehearsal is mandatory for all registered candidates. The date, time, and venue will be announced on the University website.

Original Certificate: Graduates who received a Provisional Certificate must submit it to the Office of the Controller of Examinations when collecting their Original Certificate.

7.
Clearance: Students with outstanding dues must obtain clearance from: (i) Library, (ii) Accounts, and (iii) the Convocation Registration desk before finalizing registration.

8.
Photography: An official photographer will be present. Personal cameras, phones, and belongings should be left with guests outside the venue. Only the authorized photographer may take photos during the ceremony.

9.
Guest: Each registered graduate may bring one guest to the ceremony.

10.
Gown and Invitation: Collect your invitation letter and gown from your department or the designated collection booth on the announced date.
Dress Code
👔 Male Graduates
- ✓ Formal shirt with tie
- ✓ Formal suit (optional)
- ✓ Formal shoes with socks
No trainers, flip-flops, or casual footwear.
👗 Female Graduates
- ✓ Saree
- ✓ Salwar Kameez
- ✓ Formal shirt and trousers
No flowers or unnecessary accessories during the ceremony.
• The dress code applies to all guests as well.
• Only registered graduates, designated guests, faculty, and Board of Trustees members may wear the Convocation gown.

Timings & Discipline

All candidates must strictly follow the prescribed time schedule.

Maintain a high standard of discipline and decorum throughout the ceremony.

Graduates must not leave the Convocation Hall before the ceremony is officially concluded, except in emergencies.
